The New Year’s Eve menu

See out 2026 at Nook with open-fire cooking, tapas and our familiar atmosphere in the heart of Barcelona.

This proposal is based on last year’s Rossini menu. Nook’s final dishes, price and booking terms are yet to be confirmed.

Appetizers

  • Potato and scallop nigiri, enhanced with truffle yolk, complemented with herring roe and a delicate teriyaki sauce
  • Blini served with smooth sour cream, a subtle hint of lime and the refined flavor of gravlax salmon with Ponzu sauce
  • Exquisite goat cheese praline filled with fig jam and coated in vibrant green pistachio

Starters

  • Gourmet cannelloni filled with lobster and select porcini mushrooms, bathed in a creamy red prawn béchamel and accompanied by succulent red prawns
  • Lamb medallion accompanied by a demi-glace with leek, potato and shallot cake

Main Courses

  • Sole fillet with baby vegetables on cauliflower mousseline and truffle caviar
  • Angus beef tenderloin slow-cooked with porcini cream, truffle mashed potato and fresh asparagus

Dessert

  • Tiramisù bar accompanied by a mascarpone and amaretto quenelle, decorated with cocoa
